Just recently there was a problem with the payment and I was away. When I returned there was a note on my door saying that this was the 2nd notice and I now owed quite a bit in extra fees and if I didn't pay by money order within one day they would start eviction proceedings. I never received the first notice and this was 3 days into the month and no one bothered to contact me to tell me there was an issue. Cheese parties and movie nights don't matter when you get treated like this!!!!!!
