  Clayton Point – where do I began!!! Oh…how about the staff is amazing same apartment manager and maintenance during the 10 years I was living there. Kathy watched my both my boys grow up and knows every family in that complex, I mean really knows them. I absolutely adore her! The young lady in the office is very sweet as well.
  There are two officers (or retired) who live on property (not part of the apartments i don't think). Both are amazing and one actually patrols at night.
  I lived in the middle, the front and almost to the back of the complex. I lived by the playground and it was not bad at all!!!!! No roaches!!!!! Grounds are kept clean and the landscape is the same from the front to the back. The laundry room was recently renovated. The only thing I would say is the appliance are a bit outdated but still keep your food cold and still cook your food. I just moved in March of this year. So im sure they are still a good place to live
