  Horrible Customer Service! If only I could run my business like they do and still have a job. I haven't been here in several months and decided to give them another try but this will be the last. I called in a $400 dollar order at 12pm to pick up at 4:30 PM and receive a call at 410 PM to tell me they are trying to see if they will have enough food to prepare my food so they placed me on hold for several minutes before they hung up on me. Si I had to call back and ask if they were going to be able to make the food or not and the girls response is hold on she dont know they were asking the manager on duty and she wasn't answering them. So when I came to pick up the order I ask to speak to a manager and an employee came out to tell me the manager that was there was to busy to talk to me really. If I told my guest this I wouldn't have a job but I guess this is how they run things here. So while I'm sitting here still waiting on my food that was supposed to be done by 4:30 and it is now 5pm a manager comes to tell me she just letting me know that the GM is on vacation mind you I never ask for the GM at first I just wanted to talk to a manager and they were to busy to talk to there customers but after 30 minutes you now come out to show your face what a joke.

  Terrible place. Most of the tables are filthy, no one to seat us. We were completely ignored by employees just standing around talking. A family that came in 10 minutes after was immediately taken care of.
