- Jade CribbsJul 15, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I just came here to get my ecm fixed and the girl at the counter told me that they could not fix it because it is a 2 plug and not a 4. I have specifically called here multiple times to make sure that they can fix it. I told them the year make and model that it is for and they said they CAN fix it when we were on the phone. We asked why they didn't tell me that before and all that was said was sorry. My husband and I were angry that we drove an hour away to get here just to be turned away. The girl at the front desk LAUGHED AT US while telling us that she is SORRY. She is not sorry at all. They took 0 responsibility. You don't laugh in customer faces. Reporting them to the BBB.
